On Monday's, all students start school at 8:50am, and finish at 2:30pm.

For Tuesday's to Friday's, all students in Years 7 to 11 start school at 8:40am and finish at 3:10pm.

Students in Year 12 can start at 8:00am, and can finish up until 4:00pm.

Late Arrival to School

Any student who arrives at school after the start of their scheduled lessons for that day is "Late".

Process when arriving late:

• Report to Student Services (located ground floor, Pitman Building)
• The student should show a note from parent/caregiver detailing adequate reason for lateness. If no note is provided, the student will be marked as "Unexplained" for their lateness. Parents can choose to call ahead to notify the school of a student's lateness should they wish.
• The student will be given a sign in receipt and their attendance is recorded electronically in DAYMAP.
• They must then report to the current lesson and show the receipt to the subject teacher.
• During Care Group the next day the teacher will check that this process has been followed correctly by the student.

Early Departure from School

Students who have permission to leave school prior to the end of the school day are expected to follow the following process:

• The student should inform their Care Group teacher in the morning of their early departure from school that day.
• Alternatively, the parent/caregiver may elect to send the Care Group teacher a message via DAYMAP, or contact Student Services directly to let them know that their child will be leaving early.
• When leaving the school, students must report to Student Services to sign out.
• The student’s departure will be recorded electronically in DAYMAP.
• Without parental permission, no student will be allowed to leave school grounds (except Year 12 students for approved Home Study)

Note: Students are NOT to be off the school grounds without permission under any circumstances
